Al's 30 year career in high technology covers positions of increasing responsibility in technical service and sales at several computer companies, culminating in chief executive officer positions at two different electronic manufacturers. Al is also a past director of the American Electronics Association (AEA) and past president of the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI). He founded Hahn Consulting in 1988, and has since consulted to many of the largest computer, software, medical and electronics companies in the United States.

John Purvis has twenty-five years of richly varied experience at the leading edge of the computer industry. He began his career in software development and built his own very successful software company, specializing in computer based training technology, in the mid-eighties. John has held senior management positions in software R&D, customer service, sales and marketing in major corporations including NCR, Unisys, Silicon Graphics and Oracle Corporation. John has extensive international experience including a posting in Singapore where he conceived, sold and built an operation with responsibilities across the Pacific Rim. Most recently, John was Senior Vice President, Global Support Sales and Marketing, for Oracle Corporation where he built an operation responsible for ninety-three countries and $3B in annual revenue. Throughout his career, John has demonstrated an interest in teaching; he taught part-time at the graduate, undergraduate and applied data processing levels in mathematics and computer science and served as a Program Evaluator for the Computer Sciences Accreditation Board. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Computer Science.

Cathy Brewer is Corporate Vice President, Director of Research, and a service industry consultant with over 15 years of industry experience. Highly skilled in various aspects of marketing, planning, customer service, and market research, Cathy lends her expertise to the fields of needs assessment, competitive pricing, portfolio benchmarking, and customer satisfaction. In 1996 and 1998, she co-authored and published the "Best Practices of World Class Service Marketing Organizations". Ms. Brewer is
also responsible for Business Development and Financial Management for Hahn Consulting, Inc.
