Molly Kent is the Manager of Research for Hahn Consulting, Inc. Over her five years with Hahn Consulting she has been responsible for client relations, project management, competitive research, customer survey design, initial recommendations, and report composition. In 2000, Ms. Kent played an integral part in the writing and publication of Hahn Consulting's study of the "Marketing and Selling of Remote and Proactive Monitoring Services".
