Following are some frequently asked questions about Hahn Consulting training services.

Q. Do your Sales & Negotiations classes require role-playing?

A. Yes. Selling and Negotiating are processes, but they also require skills to execute properly. Our classes include skill training and practice to learn and improve your skills, just like a golf or drama lesson.

Q. I have had other value-oriented sales classes, isn't yours just more of the same?

A. No. All of our Sales, Negotiating and Marketing classes have been developed from scratch to address the special challenges of intangible, high-tech services. We have our own proprietary research into the buying motivations of service and support buyers that is used in our training.

Q. I already have an MBA or a marketing degree. What could you possibly teach me?

A. Besides our in-depth industry experience, we research and publish the Best Practices of Service Marketing and Selling. We are constantly searching out and documenting the processes and techniques that produce World Class results. It will be years before colleges and universities change their curriculum to reflect these industry trends.

Q. Do I have to travel to attend one of your public events in another city.

A. No. We only present a very limited number of public seminars. The vast majority of our classes are customized and delivered in-house at our clients location.
