Our training classes have grown from the needs of our clients to improve their organizations skills and processes. They include both Marketing and Sales training specific to services. Each course is developed from scratch to address the unique challenges of intangible services. These are not warmed over generic classes. The great majority of our training is delivered in-house for specific clients. Each year, we present a limited number of classes in public forums to allow participation of smaller clients and for larger companies to evaluate the material before selecting us for an in-house custom class. We have trained over 20,000 professionals around the world using our proprietary materials.

Current courses include:

Marketing Services
A three day class, covering Service Marketing from stem to stern, including organizational structure, budgets, research, competitive analysis, product design, pricing, marcom, and product launch. The course can be split into half day modules.

Value-Based Selling
A two day course covering basic processes and skills in selling intangible services. Role plays are included for skill development. This is an intense, hands-on class.

Value-Based Negotiating
This is a day and a half course teaching negotiating skills. Real world situations have been researched and are utilized to prepare the student to deal with the current tricks and techniques utilized by customers when negotiating for services.
